Provision of Standard Services

  • The minimum charge for a single service item is two hours at the prevailing rate. Additional charges are accrued in 30 minute increments.
     
  • Estimates will be provided for tasks over 4 hours if requested.
     
  • Standard Level Service requests will be scheduled as resources become available. Requests are actioned based on a first come first served basis.
     
  • Standard Service and Urgent Support Request charges will be added to the monthly invoice and will due for payment in the normal course of business.
     
  • Urgent Service Requests are short urgent tasks [max. 1 hour] that may be scheduled on the same business day where resources are available. The cost for this service will be double the normal hourly rate - select the Urgent Issue type above.
